We love Hardee's breakfast. But this morning my husband and I both got a Frisco breakfast sandwich and biscuit and gravy. Well the frisco breakfast sandwich just didn't have any meat on it. 😏 It used to be so much better. We were very disappointed.

The Hardees in Crossville,Tennessee is flat out poor! If the home company ever wonders why this is such a low producer, just walk in there and stand and wait. On two different occasions my wife and I have walked in to order a meal and have been totally ignored. There never seems to be enough staff, there is always a lot of griping from the people that do work there. On the occasions that we were there two separate employees walked by us, did not say hello, did not acknowledge US in any way. Completely ignored us. Common courtesy would tell them at least to say "I will be with you in a moment" but there was absolutely nothing. Many times you will drive past there and there will be absolutely no one in the parking lot or in the dining room. My advice? Close the place for 2 or 3 days and have some very intensive customer service training. We love to go to breakfast at Hardees for the biscuits. But never will we go to this one again!
