Worst Service in America
They offer incredible prices but many tools are not usable without a lot of modification. At least if you go to a store and get it in your hand you get the product. Their service is nothing but frustration. They simply don't deliver. I paid for 2 days shipping on Tuesday and it will arrive next Monday. They explained that that is within their time frame. I cannot cancel the order and no one will be here to pick up up. Another time I ordered a couple of workbenches. They never arrived. No notification, nothing. 2 months later I did get a refund. They offer discount products so they think their customers are just in the way. I strongly recommend that you shop anywhere else. You will get a better product and could not be treated worse.
