The worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Steer far away from this one.

This company sucks. Ordered 4 13 in tires and hubs on june 17, 2020 and was keep on hook until July 29,2020. Talked to customer service 4 times and was told they would be sent and they had plenty. i was told on july 29 that they were on back order. Anyone that deals with this company gets what they deserve!!

I ordered a tabletop band saw. After a couple days I got an email saying the item was out of stock indefinitely and I could either wait or cancel the item. I sent an email to cancel the item. I ordered a different band saw from another company. Another few days passed and I received my item from the other company and set it up. I then got an email from Harbor Freight telling me I could not cancel their item because it was in stock and the order was processing. I then called them to try and get it stopped. The man I talked to inferred I had lied about receiving the first email, because there was no way that item was out of stock. He was very condescending. Also even though my order wasn't going to ship for another 3 days, they could not stop the order. I am now wasting a Saturday on my couch waiting to refuse the package that is going to be delivered. Like literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I have an issue with a refund I will update.

Terrible products, terrible customer service. Says it all. My wife and I received 2 aluminum frame folding chairs from them in early Spring of this year. We used them about 5 times, and the seat stitching in one totally tore out. The Harbor Freight store in Ithaca, NY would offer no options, IE exchange, refund, etc. DO NOT BUY FROM HARBOR FREIGHT. YOU WILL REGRET IT!

I ordered a Mini Mill/Drill from Harbor Freight on April 17th, 2020. Still haven't seen it on July 8th 2020. I keep getting the run around by their customer service team, I have been mislead many times by them. It was always, it will be shipped next week, we don't have it at that warehouse, it's at the other one. (Idon't care if it ships from the moon!) it's on backorder but it will be here within a week, or you ordered other items that are out of stock and that's delaying your order, ect.Then my order was cancelled by them due to NO inventory and I was told I could re-order at a later time, putting me in the back of the line again and losing out on the $200 off the item's sale price. If I could find this item elsewhere, I'd buy it there. I highly recomend calling to see if the product you want is availible before you order and hope they are telling you the truth. Wait time on the CS line can be up to an hour,If you can get through at all. HF has terrible CS. They need to put "OUT OF STOCK" on items they don't have availible to ship out on their web site. I did find one guy willing to help me after several weeks of calls, Luis L. I thank him for all of his efforts! Please call HF before you order 1-800-444-3353. This is their customer service line. Save yourself a huge headache! Buy elsewhere if you can.

Still waiting for a Yukon tool cabinet ordered one (5/22/20) month ago. They said they had 2 coming on a truck, but neither was mine, mine was prepaid and the cabinet is nothing "custom". I am emailing them and will demand a full refund if it is not at the store waiting for us Friday. Using this platform to leave feedback because the person I was dealing with is a manager and have little satisfaction.

Ordered a generator on 6/3 today is 6/27 and they just now told me they shipped it and will be another 10-20 days.Horrible customer service liars.Sure their prices are lower if you have the patience of a saint.I will never deal with this POS company again.I would gladly pay extra to purchase elsewhere.Im sure they give a rats ass about bad reviews

0n 6/14/2020 i order air angle grinder & a eletric angle grinder the grinding disk and 2 packs 1x30" sanding belts the coast was $97.93 i got a email said it would be shipped the 26 or 30 June i sent 4 or 5 emails to them canceling the order 6/23/2020 i try to call to they not even pick the phone i got a email last night said they would shipped 25 or 30 June i sent a email telling the order was cancel horbor fright is a rip off they will steel your money and will not give what you pay they need to be put out of business i never do business with horbor fright a gain they will rip you off they are a very bad joke
