I went to purchase a item that was on sale. When I got to the store they did not have it. I have waited a month for this item and now I am told they wont be getting it in stock till spring. Then I called customer service and they said they could do nothing for me. Well I can do nothing for them anymore. Northern tool will get all my business and anyone else I tell. This will bring this company down.

Purchased a pressure washer an the thing didn’t work only took outta box put together tried it an it DID NOT work, took it back keep in mind only have it about 45 mins,, anyways took it back an they charge red a 45 dollar restock fee 😡, when I confronted about it that it wasn’t my problem the pressure washer was messed up when I purchased it they still wouldn’t do anything about the 45 ,, guess since they don’t get much business at one in Lagrange ga they gotta take peoples money somehow ,, will not shop there anymore !!! An will also post the bull crap On social media too so others will know !

I bought an item at a harbor freight store. The package was suppose to have two items inside. When I got home there was only one. I contacted customer service thru email. All I got was a runaround. Stay away from this company. Things are cheap but mostly junk. The item was a cutting board.

Ordered a week ago an nothing at all. Buying tools elsewhere then gonna take them back local and snap a neck for being dumkies.

Purchased a tool chest at the Troy, Oh location. Tried to use the 20% off coupon towards the purchase of over $200 and they considered it a storage cabinet so I was not able to use it. Cashier was a jerk about the situation as well. It clearly did not specify “Tool Chest”. So other than the cheap Chinese tools everything else is excluded.

I ordered a generator on line and decided that I didn’t need it one day later. It took TWENTY phone calls to stop it in transit! I have been trying to get the refund for a month and a half! Their customer service is the absolute worst!!! The snarky attitudes, and different stories, of the people that I’ve talked to would have warranted firing if they worked for my company! I will NEVER recommend them to anyone! This is the first review I’ve ever written and I am a huge online shopper🤬

Not expecting top products, but, the cart I purchased was missing much of the hardware (the box was sealed) . I called the Company # on the instructions and the message went in a loop. I called the store where purchased hoping for more help but all I got was return the item. That is a 40 minute drive. It's going back but I won't bother with them any more.

I placed an order for a $109 safe on March 19, 2020. It was during the beginning of the pandemic so I knew that it was going to take them awhile to ship my order. I contacted cs 3 times. The last time I contacted them was on July 14 and they told me they were shipping my order by July 25 to July 30. Its now September and I have yet to receive my order or a tracking number! I tried canceling but they won't even do that. I just want a clear answer!
