I bought a Harbor Freight Titanium Unlimited 200 and on the second use, it feeds wire as soon as the unit comes on. This is not only unacceptable, it's dangerous and I could have been electrocuted. The wire hit me on the pant leg before I realized it was feeding out automatically. I bought this from another person and it was still new in the box. Of course, I can't take it back because it has been past 90 days. The local store left me on hold for over 24 minutes and then got testy when I spoke with them. All this company is concerned about is MONEY. When a person has a budget, they may can afford to buy one, but not a second one. I called corporate to get help solving the problem and it seems the issue causing the problem can't be fixed. They can't even get the parts I need to do a repair. I'm quite frustrated with them. Good luck if you have an issue. I would suggest not doing business with this company period.

I purchased a torque wrench. I believe it was calibrated incorrectly. I broke two bolts on my bicycle with it. I was unable to ride my bike for about six weeks as I awaited parts. Thankfully the bike company (Trek) sent me the bolts at no cost. However, I returned the torque wrench and filled a claim. Harbor Freight claims the tool is working as intended and as the bike company sent me the replacement bolts at no charge, they feel there is no harm to me as a consumer. Unfortunately, I was not able to ride for six weeks. Obviously, they cannot provide me with lost time. However, their attitude is very sad. If the bike company wasn’t such a great company would they have reacted differently? Truly a bad experience.

I ordered a fan online, the charges were pending. Then they never when through. 3 weeks later they charged me and shipped it, over drafting my account. I called to speak with a manager after speaking with a CSR, The Manager was rude and talking over me. I canceled the order. I will never order anything from them again!!

I purchased a HAUL-MASTER 13 In. Flat-Free Tire With Powder Coated Steel Hub, along with signing up for "Inside Track". I was disappointed with the wheel and submitted a poor review on the Harbor Freight website. It was never published. Looks to me after closely inspecting the reviews that you are censored if you do not click at least one positive attribute: Recommended, Easy to Use, Durability, Size/Weight, or Features. I now fully regret paying for the Inside Track subscription, and have a new view of the company in general.

Bought to medium animal traps. After reading poorly printed instructions, I set it up, placed the bait and waited. Came back 12 hours later to find trap was overturned, the bait was gone the trap door was closed and stuck and couldn’t be reset. I inspected the whole trap and found that the connectors that were connecting the door to the trip had failed, the connectors were so thin that a small animal would have Brooklyn it, let alone a larger one. The trap was a perfect copy of other professional ones, but exactly that “a copy”. Do not be fooled by the cheap price, and Made in China.

First time buying online. Only went this way because all the sale items were out of stock in my area. So part of the order was filled but a couple of other items were sent separately about a 1 1/2 weeks later. That package went from sc, to ks, then az, and last sighting was in memphis so it's seeing more of the country than I am and there's no indication that it will ever be delivered. I paid for the shipping but I didn't hire fedex and I wasn't told it was shipping fedex either. Now I can't get anyone at harbor freight to answer the phone or reply to my emails and so I guess I have to wait 30 days and complain to my card company. Customer service in store isn't much better. It's either good, or really bad dealing with them. And it's the only store that will consistently rip you off at the register if you don't know exactly what you're supposed to be paying.

There's a saying along the lines of "you accept crap but crap does not accept you!"...Most items you look for are not available!
