I showed my 25% coupon but clerk didn’t apply it. I went back in and asked why and she said “I have to scan it in”. I showed it to you before we ring up the item. She replied “ I didn’t know you wanted it applied”. This is the second time I’ve seen this done at the store in Pennsauken. The first time was the customer in front of me. We can’t trust their product to last now I’m beginning to think I can’t trust them either.

Every time I receive a coupon such as the 25% off any single item from HFT I go to the store to purchase an item, I am told the coupon is not good for this item. Is it the store manager or corporate that is screwing people over? on these coupons.

8150 Southwest Freeway, Houston, TX. (approximately 11:35 pm). While waiting in line to check out, a cashier opened another register. He called the man who was behind me to his register. I also went to the register and stood behind the man who had been in front of me. When it came time for me to get checked out, the cashier told me to go back to the resister from which I had come, which I did. However, I looked over at the newly opened register and saw the cashier checking out other customers. NOTE: I was the only African American in line. Is it a policy of your store for African Americans to be treated differently from other customers (ie., to be serviced by certain cashiers?) If not, why wouldn't the cashier give service to me? Also, I contacted customer service to make a complaint on the same day this happened. I was told someone would contact me… I’m still waiting to be contacted.

I wish I came up here before I ordered my gift card to see what a Big Disappointment ordering from them online Would have been now here it is Christmas and its still not here 5-7 business days it states on how long it would take gessh 😒 never again order online I order it back on the 8th but they didn't get the money off the card until 16th and now I am screwed

There is an item that has been on backorder for a month. Obviously I have had to buy it elsewhere but there is no way to cancel the order for the missing item through their website. This is essentially theft.

sent screenshots to the person running the errands of air hose fittings and a chuck stating in stock at my local HFT get there and all they have is items double the price of the screenshots i feel conned and seriously thinking of boycotting HFT

I bought batteries that were on sale on black friday and I ended up tossing all of them because they weren't any good. They shouldn't sale expired batteries!

A new winch that was the 10,000 or 12,000 lb harbor freight winch and used it twice and it's not working I would never buy any winches again from harbor freight and I've had three in the past this is the first bad experience more r&d and testing before they put in a consumer's hands I'm going to buy American made not Chinese
