We needed an inexpensive dolly to move a large plant. We asked Kate where we might locate that item. She immediately told us the location. We went back to her to check out & she was equally good at her job there. She helped us use a Harbor Freight gift card with a few dollars left and also used a coupon on a couple of flags that were on sale. We will look for her the next time we are there- she was awesome!!

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience with one of your outstanding employees, Chad at the Geneseo store. From the moment I arrived, Chad greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine eagerness to assist. Their energy was infectious, and it immediately made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Throughout my visit, Chad went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, offering thoughtful suggestions and demonstrating a deep knowledge of the products. What truly impressed me was how Chad handled a minor issue that arose during my visit. Instead of simply addressing the problem, they took the initiative to find a solution that exceeded my expectations. Their proactive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction made a lasting impression. It's rare to encounter such exceptional service, and I believe Chad deserves recognition for his hard work and dedication. Employees like them are a true asset to your company and significantly enhance the customer experience. Thank you for fostering such a positive environment, and please extend my gratitude to Chad for his outstanding service. Best regards, Bob Deal

visited the monmouth junction, nj store this morning and was greeted by Mikki with her addressing me by my name and a big help and inquiry if i needed assistance. What a pleasure. Mikki is the employee that all others should emulate. A true asset to Harbor Freight

I have been a customer at Harbor Freight for a couple years now! I had a BAUER backpack sprayer bought it worked good for 1 day. The sprayer wand broke I only used it for about 1 hour and the mist tip broke, and made it useless. Next day I called Harbor Freight told them that the unit sprayer wand broke and sent them the photos, and they said the unit couldn’t be return due to chemicals. They issued me a refund through a gift card for the amount I paid for the sprayer, the customer support from here is great. I was unsatisfied with the backpack sprayer, but the fixed and made it right! I will keep shopping at Harbor Freight!

I bought a Pittsburg 2 ton hydraulic rapid pump jack. Shortly after I bought it, I used it to lift up my ‘13 Acura RDX turbo and one of the rotating wheels broke off. I also got the extended warranty. I was given the information on how to make my claim because they didn’t have the part in their store and they said, “good luck but your warranty expires today.” Well I called their customer service dept, I spoke with Chris and they went ahead and honored the warranty for me and sent the wheel and circular rubber to me at no charge and the shipping was also covered. I’ve read several reviews and this one should be one that brings back what customer service be it was a good experience and give this guy Chris a raise he deserves it Eric T

I shop quite a lot at Harbor Freight in Southgate and Monroe MI. They have quality tools at better price and a good return policy. Love shopping there. Highly recommended!

Alejandro es el mejor de todo eso ahí, nos ayudó mucho y tuvo mucha paciencia y profesionalismo.
