In my previous review, I stated that I was getting the runaround by Harbor Freight support about my defective new lawn mower lift. Although it takes way too long to get in contact with them (average wait time being 1/2 hour), they did agree to a full refund plus shipping for my defective unit. They also said I could just bring it to the nearest store for the refund.

Have good solar panels at an excellent price and the controller is as user friendly as any out there.

Ok, they have great prices for the most part. Their tools, etc are not very good quality tho. You get what you pay for. If you want to get a tool that lasts forever, buy it elsewhere and pay a whole lot more. I honestly think I am fairly happy with my purchases from Harbor Freight over the years. I feel like I got what I paid for.
