I bought a floor jack and it was broke upon opening the box. When I returned it they had none in stock . So the option are they will order me one in43 days or I can drive 45 minutes from my house to swap at another location. They would not transfer one from another store for me to pick.

I have been buying Harbor Freight’s stuff for years. Have had good and bad experiences. But thi last time caused me to unsubscribe from their mailing list. I got a 25% off coupon for one item in an email. It emphatically says “no exclusions”. When I got to the store I got my one item and noticed a small blue tag on the price on the rack below the item. Took it to check out and was told I couldn’t use my coupon. Why? Well in the fine print it says cannot be used with any other discount. Guess what the blue tag was. What happened to “NO EXCLUSION”? Well the blue tag was not really a discount. It was a join our club offer. In any case I had intended to buy the item for about $160 and now the wanted close to $200. The old bait and switch. I looked through the store for some other item to use my coupon on. Guess what? 75% of the items had that little blue tag. Any item I needed had it.

YOU HAVE TO BUY 3 TIRES TO GET 2 OK TIRES ( HAUL-MASTER 10 in. Pneumatic Tire with Gold Hub ) Most of these wheels in stock have sidewall bulges. There is a bulge across the tire where the sidewall bulge is. If you try to exchange the defective tire at the Carson City NV store, the employees there cannot follow their own exchange policy. Exchange policy says ( proof of purchase ) My receipt is proof of purchase! A valid Government ID for a return must be presented for a return! ( But not for a exchange ) Their RETURN POLICY is for returns ONLY, NOT EXCHANGES !!! I will not show my ID for a $ 9.99 dollar exchange. Their use of my ID is for some sort of scam, ID Theft or other nefarious purpose. Lowe's. Home Depot, Walmart, and all other retailers in Carson City NV, DO NOT REQUIRE YOUR ID TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE FOR LESS THAN $100.00 OR MORE. I hope Harbor Freight Founder and CEO, ( ERIC SMIDT ) see's this. I will no longer buy anything at Harbor Freight that is over $10.00 that might even have the slightest chance of needing a return or exchange !!

I only go to this store to purchase grinding discs and wheels for grinders. They hold up very well and are a good value. Harbor Freight Brand Batteries? That is another story. Their batteries are the worst of the worst. If I install batteries in a remote control at night…they are dead by the morning. Don’t ever use their batteries. If you do…..be warned. They will leak acid all over the place and your devices will be ruined. It doesn’t take month’s to happen. The only reason why I ever got batteries from Harbor Freight is because I had free coupons. NEVER AGAIN !!!

Harbor freight warehouse could be a great place to work if they upgraded there employees who are bullies who spend more time disrespecting good hard working employees instead of teamwork they are more slacker employees who have been there more than five years need to be removed anyone spends more time avoiding work to be rude disrespectful unkind has no place working there location Dillion SC

We were in store #0018 This one is located at 7089 S. Orange Blossom Trail. But this Lady DEBBI, If You could called her that, needs a Customer Service classes. It's sad how people's face turn how she treats them when they ask for help. Rude answers. I could even say Mean. This was one of the Best Harbor Freight Store we used to shop. Nice employees. And help through our shopping. We all due respect Hope You Pay attention to this review.

I had a question about an "unable to fulfil" designation on my online order so I called customer service. From the get-go, the woman I spoke with seemed annoyed and in a hurry to get on with her day. She didn't offer a greeting at the beginning of our encounter, was short with me, interrupted me each time I tried to ask a question, and never said please or thank you. She did the bare minimum to get through the call and be done with it. I'm not saying they have to be chatty, but friendliness and courtesy keeps customers coming back. Harbor Freight has been a great place to shop, in my experience...until now. This "customer service" woman has left a blot on Harbor Freight's reputation for me.

I've been buying stuff from Harbor Freight for decades. I know what to expect so no problem with the products, but they insist on shipping FedEx. Last shipment took almost 2 weeks from Southern Calif. to Central Calif. Latest shipment seems to be on the same track. No more orders from HF while they're using this lame excuse for a shipper.
