About a small portable compressor at Harbor Freight. I was told I had 90 days to return it. The compressor did not hold pressure well and sounded like it was about to blow up. When I returned it they charge me a 20% restocking fee. The Box had been opened previously so this was at least the second time they sold this compressor. I took the loss, the Harbor Freight lost a lot more money than that when they lost my business. They told me they're not in the tool rental business. I have four other good compressors I just needed a smaller one. Don't see them being around too long treating their customers like that. I have bought from Harbor Freight for years and years. But never again. I hope the $10 was worth the thousands they will lose not selling to me.

Endless spam even though I've asked again and again to be taken off their email lists

Have been a customer of Hazard Fraught tools for decades. I have spent perhaps thousands of $$$ over the years. I receive their coupons in their emails. It has gotten to the point where the coupons are a joke. I had a promo "no exclusions" 25% coupon and the store would not honor it. The week before there was a Hercules 10% coupon and the cashier told me it was only for inside trash club members when it clearly was not. Glad they won't honor them... saved me big bucks when I walked out of the store empty handed!

every time i go to gaithersburg most the tools i need out of stock they dont stock anything even i come back next 2 weeks prices very expensive staff there so rude don like to help amazon better quality and cheap a lot

Went to Return items. At 2 stores.No reciept. Wouldn't give me store credit. Will not be back. Thx !

Coupons are crap. 20% of any one item coupon excludes about 1/2 the store inventory in the fine print.

Harbor Freight has taken away the ability of their cashiers to scan in coupons. So if you forget your phone or don't have access to the internet, you're screwed. Cheap morons.

Terrible service, awful quality, deceptive advertising (everything is excluded on coupons use!)
