They sold me a defective tool. I brought it back. I wanted my money back, but they charge me the 20% restocking fee. What a joke.

2300 Lebanon Pike, Nashville, TN 37214 rude and ignorant Workers, I asked a simple question about location of some item, he acted like he was deaf and mute, just walked and pointed the place to me reluctantly, and walked away no respect for customers, it did not faze him a bit I was customer!!!!???? How the hell any business stays open in Nashville? with this type of throwback backward ignorant people. You guys definitely not getting my money I happily left this place, without buying anything.

Used to love this store, but changing my review after being charged a restocking fee on a BROKEN product. Bought it, didn't work as described, returned it WITH receipt and was charged a $40 restocking fee. This was NOT mentioned when I purchased it from the store nor was there a sign on/near the item. If there is a restocking fee this NEEDS to be mentioned BEFORE I purchased. I generally don't return items but this was a pricier item and it didn't work. After this I feel like this store is not honest and I will not be shopping here again. I tried talking to customer service who claimed this was on the receipt and on their website - which is great except I shopped IN STORE and it's not shown on my receipt until AFTER purchase - as in I had no way of knowing about this until AFTER the purchase. Never trusting this company after this scam.

By doing a simple 16 question survey, I was going to receive a floor scrubber for the freight charges only but they keep denying my credit cards and I’ve used five different ones so far and they’ve declined all of them for absolutely no reason whatsoever, but to steal my information and sell it to someone else Jerks

I have been buying tools from HF for years. In a nutshell. The higher priced power tools like Bauer Ext, the parts that rust or wear out. are not available like the electric drain cleaner, you can buy the cable but the adapter cable it connects to, that rusted the worst is not available with no exceptions. Hand tools the dull black is too brittle and will snap off. the chrome tools are too soft and will twist or round off. If you want a tool to last more than a year don't buy harbor Freight.

I bought a 2 gallon sprayer, it wouldn't pump up but no leaks, after working on it for an hour it finally worked for about 5 minutes, it was only $14.00 but still I expected it to work more than 5 minutes, took it back to store along with receipt and was told since it was opened I couldn't return it, I don't really know how you could tell it didnt work without opening it. I left it by the register on the floor and told them they could throw it away. I'll never go back.

Purchased an obd11 code reader that did not work so I exchanged it for a second one that also did not work. Because I did not want to waste my time trying third time I was charged a restocking fee. After being a long time customer I will never shop at harbor freight again.

HORRIBLE! Very misleading. I received a promotion to open a credit card and get 24 months of interest-free financing, plus a discount on a purchase of over $2,000. They charged me $66.00 interest on the very first bill. When I called to inquire about the interest charge, I was assured I had 24-month interest-free financing, and they waived the fee. I asked if it would be corrected to prevent future charges, and I was told yes. However, my next bill had a $53.00 interest charge. Upon messaging them again, I was informed it was a mistake, and I was only eligible for one deal, either the discount or the 24-month interest-free option. I questioned why this was not communicated to me last month. They had previously confirmed the 24-month interest-free benefit when I placed the order over the phone. Had I known, I would not have proceeded with the offer. As a result of this poor customer service and very misleading information, I have paid off the balance and intend to cancel this card immediately. I advise others to BE AWARE. I'm grateful I could pay off the balance; otherwise, I would have been stuck paying significant interest, making it not worth it. I'm a very disappointed and dissatisfied customer. NEVER GET A HARBOR FREIGHT CARD. It's a scam. They tell you what you want to hear, and once they have you, they charge what they want, leaving you with no recourse.
