The sales people sure know how to manipulate unsuspecting women into things they don't need like telling them they need a fast track membership, and an extended warranty again they should not upsale to a mentally challenged person ..taking advantage of a person like that is a shame..Piss poor salesmanship... This company has been sending me unsolicited mail, despite NEVER shopping here (I don't even live in the US!). I contacted their customer service email to notify them I'd been issued a receipt. The senior associate Maria assured me the email address was likely entered by error and assured me she had removed it from their system. Yet, I'm continuing to receive marketing emails! I'm reluctant to click on unsubscribe in case of phishing (hence why I emailed them instead). In conclusion, very disappointed that I'm receiving unsolicited emails and have reported the business

The manager Sydney at the Westport Rd location was extremely rude to me, and she consistently escalated tensions. She looks to be maybe 20. She talked over me like a high school teenager. Told me VERY RUDELY "I told you it has to be the same item, it can't just be a free-for-all!" (she, in fact, did not say this, like not even a little bit, not even anything similar) and "You're just mad because I told you no!". This after she failed repeatedly to be clear with me about a return I was trying to make, changing her parameters around what I could and couldn't do literally 5 times.

Item purchased on 10/3/2025 and not used or opened. Took to the store (#13 Las Vegas) few days later with receipt, driver's licence and card used for purchase. When atempted to return cashier, manager and store manager ALL demanded a phone number. I refused and called HF customer service. Spoke to someone named Iein (he refused to provide any other ID information) and Meagan. Both claimed that phone number is required for return AND store can refuse return for ANY REASON whatsoever.

Bought battery run lawn mower May 10, 2025. On June 10 th battery needed to be replaced. On Oct 7 mower ran for 2 minutes and then couldn’t get the motor going. The store and i determined that the charger was working and battery fully charged. They had been stored in my home. The mower was stored in a shed. No extended warrantee purchased. The store offers no service at all. Mower cost 269.99. Then learned battery 129.99 and charger 49.99 had to be purchased additionally. Tax 27.

Purchased an oscillating tool this past June, it lasted two jobs and broke. For the record it’s now October. Harbour freight refused to replace or refund the cost of the tool. It was just outside the 90 day warranty. Bauer brand ain’t it. I’ve never had a power tool die this fast before. I’ll be shopping at Lowe’s or online now for sure.

I will never buy from Harbor freight again after being treated like crap. 10yr+ loyal customer of Harbor Freight across multiple states where I have property rentals. I purchased Harbor Freights most expensive top of line brand new 18" gas powered Portland chainsaw to cut down 2 x 30ft trees on a property. This was a big project, involving hiring of boom lift, and tons of costs to make the day go smoothly. I used an electric craftmans 12 inch chainsaw to cut branches upwards and then going to use Harbor Freight for the stump on way down. Craftsman got me up no problems and Portland BRAND NEW saw would not even start! I've used many chainsaws before and I followed the Portland instructions to the tee, actually using dedicated 50:1 chainsaw fuel (92 octane and no ethanol) in order to get the perfect first start. The so called easy start did not start at all. All attempts to start it failed and the entire day was ruined. This was clearly a manufacturer issue. Returned it to Harbor Freight Sandy Utah store and got screwed for a $37 restock fee!?? wtf! They said I could have bought a $70 protection plan to save me the $37 fee, go figure out that one! SCAM Contacted corp office and Snr Associate customer service, Maeghon, stuck policy in my face. Lets review the BS policy: 1. Harbor freight corp office decided in their internal meetings that they would like to pass on the cost of faulty, dead on arrival products, to the customer, to increase their margins rather than make sure the customer gets the product they need for the job. Why is it the customer's fault? The manufacturer needs to pay 100% of this. Why exchange for another crap Portland when their quality control is this bad, risking me paying $1k of dollars for it to only fail again? 2. I did actually look at exchanging it for a different brand and the other products were all worse or smaller size that would not do the job. Why is it my fault that Harbor Freight merch assortment team has NO VIABLE OPTIONS to chainsaw a 19" trunk tree! 3. how does Harbor Freight you equate buying a $70 protection plan to save me from paying $37 fee???!!! Why does that make sense??!! 4. This Harbor Freight caused issue cost me $1k as I need to reschedule and rehire all my tree cutting equipment and personnel. Another lost customer! Never Portland. Never Harbor Freight. I can buy the same products on Temu for half Harbor Freight costs, let alone Walmart or Vevor! Go craftsman or any tool that stands by their gear with lifetime warranty!

Hola La tienda de la 79 st y la 27 ave del nw en Miami es un dolor de cabeza porque tienen más de una caja y tienen los letreros que dicen cashier,pero solo utilizan una y hasta para devolver productos y he ido y mejor no les he comprado nada porque toma mucho tiempo,así que a mi opinión funciona muy mal.
