Pictures are cheap quality. It looks like how my 10 year old inkjet printer prints on plain white paper. Colors are not vivid, black and white doesnt have enough contrast, and very grainy. On top of that, they charge for return shipping AND a 50% "restocking" fee--which basically means they'll refund appropriately 20% of what you paid for. Should have purchased from Mixtiles and paid a bit more. They're a copy brand for a reason.

Photos came out so dark that you can’t even make out what they are. My original photos were light. Very cheaply made. I won’t be ordering from Happytiles again!
