I would love to give a good review. I can’t find record of my purchase. My Pay Pal has been charged. I paid for express shipping and I have no idea where my photo tiles are. Intrepid reaching out through the contact us but it’s Ben more than 48 hours and no reply.

I ordered for the first time on February 27th. This was a birthday gift for myself. Within an hour I was given a tracking number. I have checked the tracking number and every time I get the message "oops, we couldn't find your details" then advises me to contact customer support. I have emailed customer support 3 times with no response. Now at first I figured I got that message because I was checking too soon. But I ordered 8 days ago and I still get the same message. I looked on the website and it says standard orders ship in 3 to 4 days. So this was 8 days ago, they took the money out of my account the day I ordered, and nobody in customer service is responding to my emails. And when you send a message they say it will be responded to within 48 hours. I am starting to get pretty upset and if this is how things are handled I won't be ordering from this company again.

I ordered tiles to arrive as a gift, paying for expedited shipping. They took five days from ordering to get the order to UPS, who promptly notifies me that the order would be delayed by four days. Happy tiles customer service is non-existent. Order elsewhere!

I ordered the 16 for 89 and received 11 ..I was beyond disappointed but I have learned don’t always get what is promised..this has definitely been a learning experience and recommend to stay with who you know …never again the pictures were ok but I have gotten better from another company…So Disappointed!!

Happytiles delivered photos of another family that is not my own. I ordered these photos as a Christmas gifts & I need these photos delivered to me BEFORE 12/25/22! I do NOT have 48 Hours to wait for this company to correct their error & they had no problems taking my money. I am responding here because I have seen that someone from Happytiles does occasionally address some of these reviews. I will update this review as soon as this error has been rectified. Made order Nov 22 to ensure Christmas Delivery. Started contacting via email December 6,2022. No tracking number no 48 hour return communication as advertised. Very disappointed.

My order was delivered to the wrong address. I went on their website to contact them and it said that their customer service team would respond immediately (by email). And they didn’t have a phone number listed. Very frustrating experience - I ordered these as a gift and now I am not sure what to do.

I was so shocked when I open the box. The entire box is someone’s else pictures!!!! I spent a couple nights to select best pic to print for my sons first birthday. I called them to resolve issue. It was Thur. My sons birthday is on Sat. They said they can’t make it before Sat. I asked if I can talk with their manager as there are two days to deliver my order, they just ignored me. I asked they need to compensate about my lost of time. They offered like 25% off coupon. Anyway, their costumer service is a joke. And I am so shocked how they compromise costumers privacy as they sent the entire package of someone’s else picture. Anyway, I will never use happytile. It’s not only they made neglect mistakes, I am disappointed about how they resolve the issue.
