All pic when removed from wall rip wall down with it. Brand new home and now has 32 spots of damaged wall and I had to complain multiple times before I got anything remotely worth it...got full refund but still need to either fix all spots myself or spend hundreds of dollars to have fixed by a professional....terrible product

Absolutely horrible customer service! Do NOT use this company.

Ordered 14 pictures and 4 came with dented corners. Was told by customer service I had to reorder them for replacement. The website said they do not harm walls and can be removed and reapplied, and they tore my paint off my walls when we attempted to move them. Horrible product. Professional grade pictures look like cheap Polaroid photos. Do not buy!!

I bought two tiles for my cousin for Christmas 2022 and she just alerted me the tiles continue to fall off the wall. She prepped and clean the wall as instructed but noticed when she first hung, the adhesive was barely there. Disappointing and will not purchase again.

Poor quality and I returned all the tiles to them and they only refund 50% of the price I paid. That was not visible when ordering. Do not order from them!

We are not happy with Happy Tiles. My daughter had used them before and had a "saved" address in the system. She caught it immediately once the order was placed, and contacted customer support. They said they would "try" to change the address. They then said the label was already printed and she would have to contact UPS. UPS informed my daughter that only the shipper, Happy Tiles, could change the order. She emailed them again, and they stopped replying. We have been tracking the order, and the order was returned and is back in Happy Tiles possession. They are still not replying to her emails. This is so wrong! They cater to many students who want to decorate their dorm rooms with their hard-earned money. Now she is out $90 and no one is responding to her.

Do not spend money on these products. The print quality was horrible, and they do not stay on the wall for long. I bought several and placed them throughout my house and you never know when one is going to come crashing down. I regret this purchase and would not advise anyone to purchase these.

After reading great reviews about Happytiles I decided to give them a try. I ordered glass tiles a week ago and paid for expedited shipping and it showed I would receive my package by 5/10/23. I have reached out to customer service multiple times with only one reply and was told I would be notified of the status of my order. I have not been notified no further responses back from customer service. Today of the 10th and I have not yet received a tracking number. I wanted to like this product but my experience so far is unacceptable.
