It is ridiculous that my first try with Happy Tiles was a complete failure. Every day there is a tile falling off the wall, and it continues to happen. Then, I have to rewipe the wall and apply it back, and it falls off again. The quality is really .questionable

I ordered happytiles. The tiles look great but the tape was not sticky so I could not stick them up on the wall. I reached out to their customer service who responded they will send extra tape right away on Oct 2. I followed up when the tape didn’t come on Oct 11 and still no tape. I am disappointed with their customer service and that the tape that came on the tiles doesn’t actually work to stick the tiles on the wall.

Very bad service. Do not order from them. If product not received ,they don't care! And will not help!

I got 4 frame and put them in my rental house. Now my lease is up and I wanted to take them out! The whole paint coming out from the wall but can’t take the frame! My landlord will charge me for the paint and damage! DO NOT BUY IT!!!! YOU WILL END UP PAYING MORE FOR THE PAINTER OR FOR YOUR LANDLORD! I wish I could put pictures in here to show you damage!

In August and September last year I ordered 140 tiles from Happytiles.. It wasn't too long before I was contacting them about issues I was having. Not only do they randomly fall off the wall, the process they use seems to make the photos look warped. At that time they sent me 36 free ones which now have done the same thing as well.. I have a beautiful air conditioned room they are in? so humidity is not the problem. They seem to not lay flat on the frame. And, then when they fall of the wall the picture falls out in some corners and I have to try to make it lay flat in again.. This has been happening from the beginning. They tried to help with saying I could buy more at a discounted price but I have tried that and the result is the same.. I have since ordered Mixtiles and they lay flat and smooth.. You can imagine the money I spent on 140 tiles and now will be doing the entire process over with another company.. Extremely disappointed with this product..

I ordered 8 of the frame less pictures on the sponge back, not only did it take Like a month to get here, but they were damaged, and there was no sticky tape on any of them. I paid over 100 dollars for 8 damaged pictures that I can't even hang on my wall. I will never order from happy tiles again, nor will I be recommending them to anyone else. There are other similar companies, and I suggest people use any one of those.

This was to be a special gift from my husband. However, it turned out to be such a disappointment. My husband bought the 16 tile package. After taking much time and precision to place the tiles they began to fall off. I reached out to Happy Tiles and I was told that it could have been an inferior tape that was used. I then received a 50% refund, this really not fix the issue. The tiles that fell off the wall have ripped the paint off my wall. I am now left with five tiles still on the wall and I am hesitant to remove them in the event that it rips more paint off the wall. I received a further 50% refund. This really does not solve the issue because I cannot remove the five remaining pictures, the reason state here above. I have taken pictures of the current state of the pictures and the paint that was ripped off. I am expecting happytiles to carry the cost to repaint the wall. This should not be a cost I have to carry out.
