Ordered showed up completely damaged in a flimsy box that was the exact size of the picture. The image of the picture was horrible and very blurry. I don't understand how this company gets good reviews. My wife contacted them the exact day it came in damaged and they haven't gotten back to her yet. If I could get a 0 star I would. I think this is my first review I have even written and I am 40 years old. That should say something about how bad this company is.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. After ordering Father’s Day gifts, I received a package I was embarrassed to look at! The photos were so wavy you could not focus on the image. After reaching out to “customer service” I was told I could receive a refund to eventually get hit with a 50% restocking fee?? This should have been a waste fee because the only place these products belong is in the landfill. When I asked about the why I wasn’t informed of the fee, I was told it was included in the given print. Wow…. NEVER AGAIN AND PLEASE DON’T FALL PREY Update… the company posted a reply but it is just more fine print. No one has reached out and I am not expecting anything based on my previous experience with this deceitful company.

If I could give zero stars for customer service I would. I wrote to the company multiple times after a promotional code was not applied at check out (a mothers day code). I wanted a credit or a refund. The company never responded. They responded on there saying that I must have "missed" their communication. There was NO COMMUNICATION other than responding to the negative review. I liked he product and packaging and would have loved to order more but since they refused to give me the credit for the promotional code or even acknowledge my email, I am furious. They claim to be a American owned and operated company but I am finding this hard to believe. If you can respond to reviews, you have time to respond to my email and issue me the credit that was due. I would appreciate some communication via email or phone (both of which were provided via their website). Otherwise, I will not be a repeat customer and will tell everyone I know not to use this company. This is a very easy fix..I am not sure why it is so hard for this company and why I am still so stressed about it.

These did major damage to our walls unpin removal. We tried every tactic to remove with no damage. Don’t purchase these, our MixTiles removed without damage and had been applied to the same area/paint.

Please do not order in this website. Everyday I have to pick up the photos from the floor and restick on the wall. They commented that one of the team member would call which never happened. They said that they would refund money for few pictures which never happened. So be careful do not lose your money with this company.

Update: Company did not even reach out to me even though they mentioned they will under the comments. I have seen so many customer complaints under their instagram page. I paid for the tiles and quality was blurry and not that good. When I reached out to the customer service they argued that it’s not blurry when it’s clearly shown that it’s not good. Then it went for 3 months. Then I returned the product but only gets half of the amount. They tell me that they charge 50% of the amount even though we pay full for them. I would not recommend buying from this company at all.

These are AWFUL! Such a ripoff, I cannot believe I paid what I did for these janky, cheap, HORRIBLE quality picture "tiles". They are literally your pictures laser printed on card stock and stuck onto foam board squares with a sticky strip on the back. A lot of the pictures are not even lined up so they are crooked, there are printer feed marks on almost all the photos and the adhesive WILL damage your walls (took the paint off). After seeing the return policy (will only refund 50% and you pay shipping back), I won't even attempt at returning this garbage. I'll try and figure something out to do with them, but learn from me and do not use this company! Also, all these positive reviews are fake. Check them on social media sites, most on FB are all from Israel, and all the ones on TrustPilot are from Haiti. They aren't real.

Do NOT Order from them. Fraud website and customer service. Sent the wrong product and didnt want to admit the mistake. I asked for a refund and they said we will refund you the money with a return label and a link. Didnt mention they will take 50% restocking fee. I have been following up on refund and getting standard responses but they do not want to address what will they do with the pictures. These are private pictures and what are they charging 50% docking fee for. Go to other reliable websites. Stay away from Happy Tiles. Updated - the response is so generic that they just want to show that they responsded to a negative review. I have reached out multiple times to their customer service but they are adamant that they got it right and they are correct in docking 50% fee. It is far from trying to resolve the matter. Absolultely bad customer service. STAY AWAY!!!
