I received my order and it looks great with the frame. Quality is very similar to mix tiles (which I have tried as well). I wish they cleared some of the pictures but they were sent in as low resolution and at the price they charge I am ok with that

****update****** they reached out to me after this review and gave me a few extra free tiles. I wish we could have handled it on a personal level via email but I’m very appreciative that they reached back out and fixed the problem. Excited to use the tiles. I ordered 16 tiles back in January and never and I have been back and forth with HappyTiles to send me either or a refund or a purchase. My last message, I was completely ghosted. I have not received any updates still up to today. It is extremely unprofessional and I do not recommend anyone buying from them. There customer service is not helpful at all and the issue will not be resolved.

I’ve ordered from Mixtiles before and decided to give Happytiles a shot. Pictures came out great (I ordered 16), but just like the Mixtiles, I thought I could easily move them around ..the Happytiles tore paint right off my walls!! HappyTiles has amazing customer service. Thank you for a quick response. The team members are dedicated and caring.

I was excited to put up my pictures from Happytiles. One picture I put up was a little crooked even though I used the little level that came with the kit. As I started taking off the tile, the drywall came off too! Now my wall is ruined! These tiles are NOT easy to take off. Very, very disappointed! Will not buy again. I’d rather nail a hole in my wall. I heard from happytiles today and the company is refunding my money for my inconvenience. I am very happy with customer service for responding so quickly to my experience with their tiles. Thank you happytiles.

Extremely disappointed in my order. When I ordered then I did the fresh look so when that is picked you assume a FULL PICTURE in a frame that you can hang on the walls. The tiles did not come as tiles in a frame. They came as a picture it FOAM attached to them to hang. Why would they not describe that to you before you order or when you click it. The pictures will get dirty from being exposed. I contacted the company and they pretty much made it like it was on me and told me if I want to return them I have to pay for the return also. First time buyer from them AND WILL never USE THEM AGAIN. ***UPDATE*******AFTER I POSTED MY REVIEW I WAS CONTACTED BY CUSTOMER SERVICE OF HAPPY TILES ON FB MESSENGER AND THEY WERE VERY NICE AND RESOLVED THE ISSUE AND iT WAS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED****

Easy to order and upload photos, I wish they had more sizes to choose from. The quality on some photos isn't the same as others which is slightly annoying but nothing worth sending back. I'd recommend these for a gift, I got some for my mom and she loved them

Took a bit longer than expected but was so worth the wait
