BUYER BEWARE. THE ONLY TIME THEY EMAILED BACK WAS TO MAKE THE SALE. I've emailed numerous times for help and not heard back. I guess instead of trying to grow, I'm filing fraud with my bank and going to go to Reddit, BBB, Consumer Reports and any other website I can think of and warn others. This blows. I'm so sad. I wasted so much time and $$$.

Bought two all-in-one bags. Result: zero growth, endless emails. Followed all instructions and sent multiple emails with photos over nearly 60 days showing everything they asked for. After all that, they stopped responding. Their “100% satisfaction guarantee” wasn’t honored at all. The only thing that worked was filing a credit card dispute.

Great company! The bags came ready-to-go, as promised. When I received my order I had some questions... their customer service answered promptly. Furst flush was good; I was happy with it. But I felt the bags were too constricting... I had a lot of side pinning. So for the second flush I put the 2 cakes in a fruiting chamber. WOW! Amazing, explosive growth on the second flush. Potency is great too. I definitely recommend this company, they made things very easy.

Apparently, they had been moving into a new warehouse. I understand that they are going to stand up their guarantee. Hopefully this goes well. sometimes just don’t grow.

I didn't really expect to have much trouble with the process since I'm an experienced grower. But this was as easy as it gets. I only had one question about when they would start shipping after the holidays. I got a response in a couple of hours. I'm super satisfied and will be ordering again. Also I've grown a lot in the past and these are by far the largest I've ever grown. They're freaking huge.
