I have requested order status four times on their contact page with no response...horrible customer service. I'm beginning to think it's a scam...

I placed an order on July 28, I understood it could take 4 days or longer to process order. I have contacted HM twice via contact page and once via email with my order number requesting a ship date. No reply. I wish I had found this rating page first. I probably would not have ordered. I would be very cautions about placing an order with HM. I will watch further and if no communication by week end will request a refund. I wanted to amend my review here. I did received an email from HM and some clarification and an understanding of their process. I received my shipment and will report back on the results.

They took so long to process, but they take your money instantly lol, after a week no update i message them, no response, canceled, messaged, no response, I just want my refund, I would t waste my time.

My experience was not good. Bought two kits and one was ok but the second kit was a dud. Only got 1/3 of the first Kit. As for a second or third flush: nothing! They have a money or Kit replacement guarantee. I got neither from them I would avoid them and try elsewhere

BUYER BEWARE. THE ONLY TIME THEY EMAILED BACK WAS TO MAKE THE SALE. I've emailed numerous times for help and not heard back. I guess instead of trying to grow, I'm filing fraud with my bank and going to go to Reddit, BBB, Consumer Reports and any other website I can think of and warn others. This blows. I'm so sad. I wasted so much time and $$$.

Bought two all-in-one bags. Result: zero growth, endless emails. Followed all instructions and sent multiple emails with photos over nearly 60 days showing everything they asked for. After all that, they stopped responding. Their “100% satisfaction guarantee” wasn’t honored at all. The only thing that worked was filing a credit card dispute.

I’ve been waiting 7 days just for the email mine has shipped, but nothing yet. Beginning to wonder!
