I placed an order on July 28, I understood it could take 4 days or longer to process order. I have contacted HM twice via contact page and once via email with my order number requesting a ship date. No reply. I wish I had found this rating page first. I probably would not have ordered. I would be very cautions about placing an order with HM. I will watch further and if no communication by week end will request a refund. I wanted to amend my review here. I did received an email from HM and some clarification and an understanding of their process. I received my shipment and will report back on the results.

They took so long to process, but they take your money instantly lol, after a week no update i message them, no response, canceled, messaged, no response, I just want my refund, I would t waste my time.

Was told to contact happy mushrooms due to a lack of production from purchased “Ready to Fruit” mushrooms in a bag.Tried to contact them thru several different methods & each message was flagged as inability to decsrnt due to website unattainable..Am not happy cause was promised compensation by getting additional bags for bags that did not produce even though was told to give descriptions & pictures of my procedure.. Find this unacceptable & seems to be a scam of some sorts..am not happy..will not order from them again unless matter I resolved..BE CAREFUL OF SCAMS ON LEGITIMATE LOOKING WEBSITES.Have even been phished/scammed for gift cards on a legitimate looking mushroom selling mushrooms..?telling me customs confiscated mushrooms & was endangered of being arrested if I did not send $ gift cards to a customs official to pay lawyers/ destruction of mushrooms/ & they kept it up taking me for thousands in fear of incarceration.. that company is Edible Mushrooms..BUYER BEWARE.. if deal looks to good to be true probably is!! Luckily used credit card for all gift card purchases & am slowly being reimbursed the $.

First want to give credit where credit is due. I originally bought 1 bag and had zero issues. I was so happy I went back and bought two more. 1 is a dud and communication from the company sucks. I get the sense they are going to shrug me off like they did to the other reviewers who had the same problem. If they replace the dud under their guarantee I will update my review. So far it’s not looking very good. Update: After Sending a follow up email Happy Mushrooms responded and agreed to send a replacement for the dud. It took a total of 3 outgoing and 2 incoming messages to resolve this. I originally contacted them about the Dud June 25th and they issued a replacement July 13th. I think that is a satisfactory time frame to resolve the issue. My faith is restored and I will likely order again.

My experience was not good. Bought two kits and one was ok but the second kit was a dud. Only got 1/3 of the first Kit. As for a second or third flush: nothing! They have a money or Kit replacement guarantee. I got neither from them I would avoid them and try elsewhere

My bag didn't yield the advertised amount for whatever reason. Happy Mushrooms offered me a refund or replacement, which shows that they stand behind their product. The product itself was very satisfactory. I will definitely buy from them again.

Never had an internet company actually deliver 100 percent of what it advertised. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. Thank you happy mushrooms!

Best company ever. I had 8 bags get contained by other vendors. With Happy Mushrooms everything is done. Just start the fruiting process and in 3 weeks harvest. It was exactly what I wanted! I will always buy from them. No more contamination no more waiting weeks for colonization just success!
