They advertise shipping can be up to four business days until shipped. After six or seven i requested a refund. Took 2 or 3 days, no problem. I understand things happen and people/business get busy. Never tried the product🤷♂️, but no complaints in conducting business.

First want to give credit where credit is due. I originally bought 1 bag and had zero issues. I was so happy I went back and bought two more. 1 is a dud and communication from the company sucks. I get the sense they are going to shrug me off like they did to the other reviewers who had the same problem. If they replace the dud under their guarantee I will update my review. So far it’s not looking very good. Update: After Sending a follow up email Happy Mushrooms responded and agreed to send a replacement for the dud. It took a total of 3 outgoing and 2 incoming messages to resolve this. I originally contacted them about the Dud June 25th and they issued a replacement July 13th. I think that is a satisfactory time frame to resolve the issue. My faith is restored and I will likely order again.

Apparently, they had been moving into a new warehouse. I understand that they are going to stand up their guarantee. Hopefully this goes well. sometimes just don’t grow.
