Regarding the subscription model and discounting: Our goal is to make high-quality, dermatologist-prescribed treatments more affordable and accessible, as well as give you the chance to try the first bottle of medication with a small discount.  As for cancellations, we’re sorry to hear that the process felt unclear and inconvenient. While we do use AI chat for quick support, you should never feel like you're being led in circles. Hi sophia,  I understand you are worried about the side effects of the medication, and currently experiencing them. Taking any sort of Finasteride,  Dutasteride, and/or Minoxidil does run the risk of some side effects, however, the probability is low, especially with Happy Head treatments, and especially when using a Topical medication.  Your prescription is customized based on your age, sex, medical history, and hair growth goal. Unlike other brands, we can modify the concentrations of most of our ingredients, or even remove them completely if requested. With Happy Head, you will receive free ongoing support from your assigned dermatologist and our team of hair specialists. We will work with you to titrate up or down and/or swap out certain ingredients to help find the formula that works best for you. Perhaps our Topical SuperSolution is the right choice for you!
