Cancellations = Bad Business practice 101
I’m sorry I would give them a better rating, but I had to cancel my product and when I saw their cancellation practices. Basically you have to speak to a chat bot answer six questions, then confirm you wanna cancel three times, then it gives you a phone number that you have to call and after you call the number and the person confirms that they’re gonna send you a cancellation confirmation, they then send you an email that is not an actual confirmation of cancellation but a deceptive email that says that basically they’re ready to give you a discount but you have to respond to that email again to actually confirm your cancellation. The way it’s all done is to make it as hard as possible to cancel and it ultimately in the final step to trick you, so they might extract more money from you. It’s bad business practice 101.
