I have NEVER been so satisfied with a product...in my life! No exaggerating! The company is professional, the website is current, clean and functional and the product does exactly what is described! If an individual will follow the instructions and have the slightest patience, they will be greatly rewarded! This stuff ROCKS!

Response from Happy HeadJul 28, 2025
Hi Mark! Thank you for your patience and for sticking with us on your hair growth journey. We understand it can be frustrating not to see results after more than a year, and we truly appreciate your continued trust. We want to let you know that we’ve recently introduced stronger, more advanced formulations. These updated treatments include higher dosages of finasteride and dutasteride, along with natural ingredients like caffeine, biotin, and vitamin D3 to help further stimulate hair growth. If you're open to it, we’d be happy to discuss whether one of these new options might be a better fit for your goals. Please don’t hesitate to reach out, we’re here to support you every step of the way!

The product is good but frequently late. I have now waited 12 days for my latest shipment and I’m practically out of the serum. This has happened multiple times and it’s very frustrating since without the product even for a few days you can lose quite a bit of hair weeks later The company is working on this problem and has expedited shipment when alerted to it. I would strongly suggest contacting them in person if you travel a lot and can only receive shipments in finite time frames. The product itself remains very good and effective
Response from Happy HeadJul 25, 2025
Hi Ali! Thank you for your feedback, and I’m truly sorry to hear about the delay with your recent order. We understand how important consistent use of the serum is to your treatment, and we sincerely apologize for the repeated inconvenience this has caused. We’re currently making updates to our logged-in experience to make it easier for customers to manage their subscriptions and orders. While we work through these improvements, our team is actively addressing any issues affecting timely deliveries. In the meantime, we’d be more than happy to assist you with placing your order directly and will request expedited shipping at no additional cost to help prevent any further interruption to your regimen. Please don’t hesitate to reach out, we’re here to help and want to ensure you’re fully supported.

Poor Results and No Customer Service
I’ve been using the meds for several years with poor results. I’ve given feedback several times about this to Happy Head and Im just ignored. Tried to cancel my subscription and cannot do that without calling the company. Very bad customer service. Go to a real doctor and get real results.
Response from Happy HeadJul 25, 2025
Hi James! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're truly sorry to hear that you haven’t seen the results you were hoping for and that your previous feedback didn’t receive the attention it deserved. That’s not the experience we strive to provide, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration. We want you to know that we’ve recently introduced stronger, more advanced formulations that include ingredients like Dutasteride, Finasteride, Latanoprost, Caffeine, and Biotin — all aimed at improving effectiveness. Additionally, adding oral medication to your regimen can significantly enhance results by addressing hair loss from both inside and out. If you’re open to revisiting your treatment plan, we’d be glad to review your case and make personalized recommendations. We also understand that subscription management should be simple — if you’ve had difficulty canceling, we’d be happy to assist directly to resolve that for you. Please let us know how we can help. Your satisfaction and success with treatment are very important to us.

Tried the new application in the pump…
Tried the new application in the pump dispenser. Very disappointed. Messy to use and leaves paste-like residue on my combs. Unfortunately have another new one to use after I finish the current one.
Response from Happy HeadJul 25, 2025
Hi Dan! Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience with the new pump dispenser hasn’t met expectations. The lipodermal solution is designed to simplify application by requiring only a single use each day, while minimizing mess. That said, we understand this format may not be ideal for everyone. If you find the topical formulation inconvenient, we’re always happy to work with your provider to switch your prescription to an oral medication for a cleaner, no-mess alternative! Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you’d like us to assist with that transition or have any further concerns!
