Smooth transition
I thought it would be hard to cancel subscription. Since as expected they put me to wait. But i was waiting not more than 30 seconds when someone picked up. Kaela was great and took care of everything I needed. The product is great, i got results in 5 days of use, but I got side effects. Which is personally just me. So i decided to cancel for the moment. And I was able to cancel it while working at the same time so that says a lot of their customer service. Pretty flawless and appreciated!

Tried the minoxidil topical treatment…
Tried the minoxidil topical treatment for 10 months. Didn't see any noticeable improvement. Waste of 900$

Minoxidil can be effective in promoting new hair growth, but it’s important to note that it doesn't address the root cause of hair loss, which in many cases is driven by DHT. Without also using a DHT blocker like Finasteride, Dutasteride, or Spironolactone, continued hair loss may occur, even if Minoxidil is stimulating new growth. Many individuals find significantly better results when combining Minoxidil with a DHT blocker, as this approach both promotes regrowth and helps prevent further shedding. If you're open to revisiting treatment options, a combination therapy might be worth considering for more comprehensive results. The products are effective
The products are effective. The customer service is very fast. I don’t have to deal with office visits. The virtual system is wonderful. If I need to delay treatment or order treatment or medication sooner, the customer service representatives are wonderful via text messaging and phone calls.

Great product!
Great product! It works! My hair was thinning in a couple areas and excessive shedding. Since using Happy Head the thin areas have grown back and hair is thicker overall. I needed an adjustment of my solution due to some mild irritation and customer service was great helping me with options.

You keep sending me my “subscription”…
You keep sending me my “subscription” whether I need it or not. I have enough to last for months without you sending me more.
