Hair growth treatments can take time, and most customers need at least 3–6 months of consistent use to begin seeing noticeable improvement. That said, we never want you to feel like your investment wasn’t worthwhile. We understand how disappointing it can be when results don’t meet expectations. Many of our customers find that adjusting their treatment plan, such as switching to a more potent formula or incorporating additional topical or oral supplements—makes a noticeable difference. Because our formulas are fully customized by board-certified dermatologists, we’re often able to tailor your prescription to better suit your needs. We’re also very concerned to hear that you didn’t receive support after reaching out and that’s not the experience we aim to provide.
