Actual solution-based customer service!
I was experiencing side effects with my original prescription. My immediate reaction was to cancel future shipments. When I called to cancel the representative offered a free solution to try. Why wouldn't I try an alternative if it is free. I appreciate a company trying to mitigate my concerns.

I needed to cancel my order, but…
I needed to cancel my order. Tried doing it on their website, but it wasn't easy to find. You have to start with their AI chat. It tries offering a discounted price. If you decline, it makes you fill out a survey asking why you want to cancel. After repeatedly stating that I want to cancel, the AI states that you have to call them between certain hours to cancel. Wtf. The “customer service” rep on the phone asked me the same questions. I told them I just want to cancel. They then agree, but try to sell you other products/subscriptions. Beware. This is quite unethical, IMO.
