We’re glad to hear that you found the ordering process easy and shipping fast, but we’re very sorry that other aspects of your experience were frustrating. We understand how important it is to receive clear reminders before a subscription renews, and your comments about the lack of advance notice are truly appreciated. This is something we’re actively evaluating to improve transparency and give customers more control over their subscriptions. We’re also sorry to hear about your cancellation experience. Needing to call, wait, and repeat your request is not the experience we aim to provide. While certain questions may be required in some cases, particularly for subscriptions involving prescription products through Happy Head, this process should always feel straightforward and respectful. It should never feel like you have to push to have your request honored, and we apologize that this was not your experience. Your feedback is incredibly valuable and helps us identify where we need to do better, especially around communication and ease of account management.
