If side effects like irritation occur, we are always more than happy to provide a free replacement bottle with an adjusted prescription that may help reduce those side effects. We also sincerely apologize for the difficulties you encountered when trying to cancel and request a refund. We understand how important it is to have a simple, responsive support experience. To clarify, we do offer a full refund once the product is returned to us, but we recognize that the process you described felt overly complicated and required too much back-and-forth.
