At Happy Head, there are certain cases, particularly with prescription-based subscriptions, where additional steps may be required to process a cancellation. However, this process should still feel clear, efficient, and respectful of your time. We sincerely apologize that this was not your experience. Regarding shipping, unlike standard medications, your treatment from Happy Head is custom-made and compounded specifically for you. This process can take a bit longer at the pharmacy to ensure your formula is prepared accurately and fresh. That said, we understand how frustrating it is to be waiting 9 days after placing your order, and we sincerely apologize for the delay. In terms of the bottle size, we appreciate you calling this out. As part of a recent update, each bottle now contains 50mL and is designed to last 25 days when used as directed. The strength and recommended dosage remain the same, so you’re still receiving a full course of treatment aligned with your routine. The updated formulation uses less base alcohol and aloe, making it lighter and helping the product stay fresh, so you’re not left with unused product at the end of the cycle. We understand that changes like this can feel frustrating, and your feedback is incredibly valuable as we continue to improve both our service and communication.
