I got to admit
I got to admit, their customer service is amazing. I was about to cancel due to pricing and they got me a deal that will make me stay for long as of now. Today, the rep Jov was an excellent help.

hey I’m Sug, your product was recommended to me by my nephew who was a trained Paul Mitchell hair consultant so that was the initial reason for the call. I ordered the product online, but had some questions so called. Be careful with Happy Head…
Be careful with Happy Head subscriptions. If you miss a required doctor check-in, they stop your prescription (fair), but instead of pausing your account, they can automatically send a different product (like a multivitamin) and still charge you — even if you didn’t ask for it. It’s apparently in their terms, but it feels misleading. I did get a refund after pushing, but this shouldn’t be the default. Just a heads up: stay on top of check-ins or cancel, or you might get charged for something you never intended to buy.

To clarify, certain treatments through Happy Head require ongoing medical oversight, including completion of periodic check-ins such as the Annual Health Update (AHU). If these updates are not completed, providers are no longer able to legally continue prescribing the medication. In those cases, the subscription may automatically transition to a non-prescription option at the current price to avoid interruption, unless the subscription is canceled. Advance notice is sent prior to any such change, and customers are always able to cancel at any time. That said, we understand your concern and agree that this process should always feel clear and transparent. We’re glad to hear a refund was issued, but we also recognize your point that this experience did not meet expectations. Your feedback is extremely valuable and helps us continue improving how we communicate these transitions and support our customers. Thank you again for sharing your perspective.

Quality Customer Care From Across the World!
First, this company ships to APO (military overseas addresses). Very helpful since other companies do not. Happy Head has licensed dermatologists in many sections of the world! Second, HH’s customer service is quality! Shoutout to Adelene, who patiently and expertly helped me receive expedited shipments after a sudden military move. She coordinated a complicated address change, filled my back order, processed my new order, and even sent a free item when I reported I did not get my full order. Very grateful for her and the rest of the Happy Head team’s assistance.
