If you are experiencing itchy scalp / white flakes, we recommend washing out the product 1-2 hours after application, without reducing its efficacy. Hi there - thanks for your review! The oily texture you may be experiencing is due to the aloe vera that we include in the medicine base to reduce irritation. We can customize that our of your customized bottles if you prefer, reach out to [email protected] and we can do so. Let us know! Also, you can wash out the medicine after 1-2 hours of application without reducing the medicine's efficacy. As always, reach out with any questions!

Hi there - thanks so much for your great review! We really appreciate it. Our solution should not be promoting facial hair, as it is topical and applied directly to the problem area only. Make sure it doesn't drip into other areas. If you are also taking this with other oral hair growth medication (e.g., not Happy Head's topical solution), that may be a cause for the hair growth elsewhere. Hi there - thanks so much for your review! We are very optimistic as well! Results typically take as early as 3 months and up to 6 months. Your hair will grow through a phase of telogen (resting) to anagen (growing), which will cause the telogen hairs to be replaced (some minor shedding may occur) with much stronger, thicker hair! Hi there - thanks for your review. Shedding is absolutely normal! This is because the hair converts from telogen (resting) to anagen (growing). The telogen hairs are slowly replaced by anagen hairs, which will be much stronger and thicker than before! Results typically take as early as 3 months and up to 6 months for full results. Consistency is key! Be sure to apply 2x per day (1x morning, 1x night). Please send progress photos (same angle, every month) to [email protected] and our doctors can help you monitor your hair growth journey, and even recustomize your bottle if need be. Happy growing!
