Thank you to Jordan Mejia-Prieto - Happy Head Customer Service & Hair Specialist who was quick to respond to my email and work with me on a change with my subscription. I've been with Happy Head since December 2022 and so far, I'm happy with my results, customer service and the overall ease working with the company. They offer a lot of information and advice to help you make an educated decision with your hair loss. Thumbs up!

I love happy head. Only product that has really made a real noticeable difference in hair growth for me. I must say that the real reason I am expressing my experience is the amazing customer support I got this morning. I had a small issue I needed taken care of and I spoke to Alexander. Customer service has always been really great when I’ve needed to call but this gentleman went out of his way to be honest and really explain something I was confused about. It’s rare to get customer care like that anymore and when I do I always appreciate it and it makes me feel really good. Thanks for the awesome product and amazing care. I enjoy referring happy head and the staff.

Ordered 2/11/23 it’s now 3/3/23. They said a doctor would reach out in 48 hours after ordering which they did not. I sent an email to customer service on 2/24/23 and they said they would reply in 72 hours which they did not. I have given them plenty of time and I would like my product or a refund. I have done everything correctly as asked by them such as uploaded all my photos and information. I’m not sure what deflective excuse they will have but this seems very dishonest and untrustworthy.

I had a terrible experience with Happyhead.com and I must say that their customer service is extremely disappointing. Despite sending them several emails and messages, I never received any response from them. I even reached out to a doctor for assistance, but it still took 24 hours for them to get back to me. To add to my frustrations, I was charged for two separate accounts but never received the product I ordered. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable from a company that claims to prioritize their customers' satisfaction. Based on my experience, I strongly advise potential customers to be cautious when considering Happyhead.com as their go-to online store. Their poor customer service and failure to deliver on their promises is something that should not be overlooked. Update: per the company's reply below, they did not contact me a few times. I have received only one email, and if they looked closely at my account, they would have seen that I have submitted the pictures and received the prescription approval. I responded to the email I received yesterday asking to schedule a call, and still no reply. The fastest response I have had is through here. So if you are reading this happy head, please cancel my accounts, and refund me the fees.

This is a Miraculous Product. I can see my hair growing back. It’s third month am using it and I can see lots of baby hair , and my head looks so black with hair and it was very Much bald earlier in November. I had a gathering with friends today and everyone noticed the difference, Am regaining the lost Confidence. Thank you Happy Head.

Finally something that is working for me. I have been experiencing gradual male pattern hair loss for about 10 years and am now in my early 50's. I tried minoxidil / rogain foam, other topical solutions promising regeneration and hair growth, and various "laser" helmets, but none of them delivered any results. Perhaps they slowed the hair loss but that is all. I have been using Happy Head for about 6 months now and am taking monthly progress photos, and the results so far are great. I have very little hair shedding, there are new hairs growing in, and my hair feels thicker. I have experienced some scalp irritation, but customer service has responded with a few suggestions to help mitigate this. I am looking forward to seeing continued results and only wish I had come across happy head sooner and not wasted time and money on so many other products.

This stuff works. I was pulling handfuls of hair out every morning while taking a shower and 3 months unsung this and zero shedding. I wrote a bad review last month due to them delaying my order but they responded an quickly got my order in the mail. This month it was early. But all I can say is my hair is growing back and it works. I am going to stop taking my Finestrate pills and see if this truly is the reason for my hair growth or at least stopping my hair loss
