Love your company and my new hair.
I'm getting good results using the product. Also, the service from Charlette was great on getting me my product to me quickly as I spilled some and needed a new bottle ASAP !

Last minute changes
I completely messed up my shipment date and refill through confusion on my end with this company for an entirely a different unrelated one; however Charlette V was able assist me despite my negligence! Thank you very much working with me through this.

Review of Happy Head employee…
I have been working with Charlette Vfron Happy Head. I was skeptical of their product. I asked a lot of questions that Charlette quickly responded to. She has actually given me hope the product with result hair growth. Too early to tell, but will use it for st least three months.

Charlette V in customer service - I am calling you out for being an absolute rock star at what you do. Charlette was very patient in updating and changing many aspects to my account and prescriptions with much ease and grace. She understood the importance of a loyal customer and provided quick and detailed information, along with care today.
