Hi Karen! We are sorry to hear that you haven't had the results that you were hoping for while using the Happy Head solution! Since consistency is key with hair loss treatments, we are a subscription-based service and it’s important for new customers to try the treatment for a minimum of 3 to 6 months. Like all other hair medicine, Happy Head requires consistent use (2x per day, morning and night) and may take up to 6 months to see any type of results. Please note that one bottle won’t yield the desired results, and patience is key! Thank you again for your feedback as we continuously work to improve.

Hi Keith! We are deeply sorry that your experience with Happy Head hasn't gone well and the wrong prescription is continually sent. We want to assure you that, that is not how we intend to operate and want to ensure every customer receives the correct medication for their hair loss needs. Our management will be speaking with our pharmacy about the inconsistency and their need to fill the correct prescription, emphasizing to them to better their quality assurance so that mistakes like this are rectified. Unlike other brands, we can modify the concentrations of most of our ingredients, or even remove them completely if requested.
