Complete scam. Received playpen which was not assembled as promised and with wrong color plastic joints. Contacted customer service to return item and they refused. Please don’t make the same mistake I did, avoid sending any money to this company!

Not a company to trust. I ordered two playpens because they sell a large one. The site says 6-12 days delivery. It took over a month and I had to get something else faster due to how long it took. I alerted them after three weeks that I’d not received it. I was met with only excuses but at least I got a response. Since it arrived, I have tried repeatedly to return and I have been totally ignored, not even an acknowledgment of my emails.

The playpen took a month to arrive and arrived with a tear in the canvas after I had put it together, I spoke to the customer service rep, he said in our policy they require you to take a video of you opening it to prove it was damaged? Lol, 0/10, save your money.

It’s been over a month and I still have not received my playpen. The company doesn’t offer tracking that’s universal- it’s on their site and updated 1x week- very odd. I don’t understand how I still haven’t received my playpen- this is EXPENSIVE and I expect better customer service and delivery/tracking/communication experience for the price- someone finally replied I should have received it last week.. well, surprise it’s not here! I ordered on June 11th it is now July 15th- and my child is crawling and nothing to protect them.. I’m going to purchase a different gate and I’ll be reporting as fraud by next week if it doesn’t arrive by then.

Easy to decide! Their products look great! I really appreciate their small selection. It's easier to decide, and I think the quality is probably better than somewhere with hundreds of options. I'm glad we found them!

Wanted to buy from a smaller shop vs no name amazon store. Also loved the available accessories. It look a while but got mine today.

Honestly, other baby brands have stronger marketing. I'd never heard of this brand before. But, I'm happy with my purchase from HappyGira. You guys should try marketing on Babylist. Lots of new parents find a lot of stuff there while preparing baby registry.

The company is not transparent. The items are being shipped from China.
