Easy ordering, delivery and great product. We ordered the Wooden Playpen and are very happy

The playpen looks beautiful in our home, and the Happy Gira customer service team has been very responsive and helpful. They’ve been flexible and willing to work with us to explore additional sizing options to better fit our space. I would recommend carefully reviewing the return policy before purchasing, as it is quite restrictive. I overlooked some of the details, which was my mistake. Overall, I appreciate the team’s willingness to help us find a solution!

The service was amazing and the tent is so cute! We love it and it has been used by all ages!

I really love the color, material, and how easy it is to set up! I did have a minor issue that required an exchange, but the customer service team was wonderful and handled everything smoothly.

I ordered a HappyGira adult accessible playpen for my granddaughter's children. When it arrived there were no directions or parts list inside. Her first attempt to assemble it was confusing and it seemed like parts were missing. She had a capable friend come to help her and after assembling it found a broken zipper, and there were sides that did not meet up, and one piece was made backwards. After 2-3 weeks of going back and forth with HappyGira, who wanted us to disassemble it and reassemble it with video, were unwilling to help remedy the complaints. The product is made of cheap materials. I would never recommend anyone buy products from this company. Any good reviews they have are certainly not genuine.

Absolutely terrible product. Upon asking to return they are asking for unboxing video! It’s already unboxed assembled, taken apart and put back together. Buyers beware!

First of all, I’m super excited about the swing for my grandson. I think their products are incredibly unique and great for kids and adults. Customer service team was great and helped me out when I made a mistake on my order. I appreciate the quick turnaround.

I purchased the 2XL Instant Setup Portable playpen. I love the playpen and size. It is very spacious for my infant. It was so easy to install. I loved the fast delivery. The date I purchased the item it was sent out for delivery. I searched for months to find a safe playpen and love that is is BPA free and no chemical smells. I would highly recommend this playpen.
