Not the new kind of Pop Socket
I didn't realize when I purchased that it was not the same pop socket type where you can change them out easily. The design absolutely captured what I wanted it to. Shipped well and great product otherwise, I just can't put it on my phone

Item came broken
Item came broken. It was replaced easily and quickly. Unfortunately item is not working like it should. Only 1 fountain is functioning out of 3.

Customer service was great as it came…
Customer service was great as it came broken, but unfortunately the peach water fountain just isn’t a good fountain for my 4 cats. The fountain stops pumping water when it’s only half empty? But the shipped the replacement out fast with no hassles. Sucks because it’s cute!

There was a small crack at the base of…
There was a small crack at the base of the cactus on the water fountain when I received it in the mail. It isn’t cracked all the way through and still works just fine but thought I’d mention it. The little motor on the water fountain was weak and got weaker over the course of 2 weeks after I first set it up. I had to order a stronger water pump that has been working very well. Overall I would order from Happy & Polly again!

The stamps were so cute!!
The stamps were so cute!!! I got 6 custom dog stamps. I would have loved the stamp image to be more thick because when I tried to use the stamp the background also gets stamped. But other than that the product is so cute! Regarding shipping though, I never received emails regarding shipment. All I got was a confirmation og purchase email. So I never really knew if or when my package will arrive. I did email customer service and they respond really quickly!

Rocket Cat Tree Oops 🤣
Ordered the Rocket cat tree and my mother asked me why did I get my cat a giant blue (not going to finish that sentence) now i can’t i think it ever 🤣 unfortunately my cat doesn’t fit inside as he’s about 15 lbs and not fat at all, but I thought it was adorable and would be great for smaller cats that are probably 12 lbs or less. Not going to worry about returning it, I’m going to donate it to our local cat rescue. will research a larger cat friendly cat tree. Everything seemed pretty sturdy and super soft and don’t regret the purchase.
