First cat tree arrived damaged and they sent a new one very quickly free of charge. one of my cats loves it and it’s very cute!

I have ordered from Happy and Polly last year for my kitties first tree, I was impressed how fast I got it even during the holiday time! I just ordered from them again and I am just absolutely blown away at the amazing quality of the tree, fountain, bowl, etc. Absolutely worth every penny and they must know kitty science because they are all going crazy over them!! Thank you!!!

the pop sockets are AMAZING. Really high quality and each comes with a replacement adhesive and stem

Shipping was really fast. My cats love the cat tree. Well made and easy to assemble. #5272256839773

Our Jungle tree arrived a day ahead of the scheduled day. The box was pretty banged up with a few tears. However nothing inside was damaged. It would have been fairly quick to assemble but our anxious Kitty Fraser wanted it now and thought he should help. It is well built and unique. Price was great as we were able to purchase it during your anniversary sale.

Great layout on the website, was able to find everything I needed with no issues! Ordering & ahipping was amazing, quick & on time!

Ordered it easily from the site and it arrived pretty fast at the promised time. I was able to put the gothic cat tree together easily too and my cat likes it, she just has to get used to it :).
