I love the ceramic ghostie fountain! It's a perfect match for the rest of my home. My only complaint is that the USB end of the cord couldn't fit through the hole in the ceramic body of the fountain. We had to use an exacto knife to shave down the sides of the USB to fit it through, otherwise we would not have been able to run the fountain at all. Other than that, it's perfect!

The cat tree arrived quickly and it looks really cute! But it’s not very sturdy. My kitten is not full grown yet and already the center section is getting quite loose and wobbly. I’m worried if he is bigger, it will break. Wish it was a little more sturdy for the price but it is very nice looking!

The chair is beautiful and good quality, the only issue was the screws wouldn't connect properly on the top back cushion, they are not long enough to reach the metal insert they are supposed to be screwed into. We have it back against a sofa so it not too big an issue for us for now but inconvenient.

Easy to use website

First of all, the XL Wonderland cat tree is so adorable! It compliments the aesthetic of my apartment so well. It delivered quickly, and even arrived early. It was fairly easy to assemble and took me about 30 minutes. With that being said, the carpet isn’t very durable. It’s a very soft, stretchy like material. I’ve had this cat tree for a week and there’s several holes in the carpeting, and this was after I trimmed and filed my cats claws beforehand. I was just expecting something a little more durable. I will probably go back and cover the posts with something like paracord.

Beautiful cat tree but wish the wood were sealed in some manner so it would stand up better to the inevitable splashes of water (and/or tea and curry) that will occur in any house.

The shopping experience is pretty seamless, fair pricing and easy to navigate site. Only issue is some formatting on mobile website! But it’s easy to work around.
