Happy & PollyReviews of happyandpolly.com

Our kitty Biscuits LOVES the new tree. We got this tree during the Black Friday deals and it looks great! Why I am giving it four stars instead of five, is because we have had it for about a month and the fur/fabric on the tree is already coming off from Biscuits scratching at it. The designated scratching post with the rope on it is holding up well, but I did notice the fabric on other parts of the tree she scratches at is already coming off. I realize that these things will probably be affected from the cat scratching and playing on it, but I did not think it would come off so soon, so I am disappointed about that:( I do wish Happy and Polly offered replacement parts to help replace certain parts that have more wear and tear to lengthen the life of your cat tree. Other than that, Biscuits loves it and that's all that matters:)

We like the tree and it is cute, unfortunately, after 2 weeks of having it some of the carpeting started coming off of the poles due to our kitty who loves to climb with his claws. After contacting Happy and Polly, they helped us resolve the issue by sending replacement parts for the damaged areas. I appreciated how fast they helped resolve the issue!

The cat tree is mostly stable but I worry about how long it will last. The fabric is okay. It’s super cute though

Cutest cat trees ever, good prices and deals throughout the year, love that they offer free shipping beyond $70 otherwise i would not have shopped here. They are sturdy and cute. tree was lovely. Only reason i took off a star- why in gods name do i have to scan a QR code from my phone (i am already on my computer) to then download an app for me to FINALLY get my tracking number? Can i not just get a tracking number in my email like normal? i had to delete other apps to get shop working, just such a waste of 15 minutes for something other sites just give you without asking but here i have to go on a quest. I don't online order unless i have to so maybe this is a new standard but this site was personally recommended was the only reason i went through with it. Enough to get someone older to simply not use this site for sure, worth revisiting the process your customers are forced to go through

Item sent to wrong address and there is no way to contact a human to get it changed. Only get response with auto emails - we checked and it has shipped. When you click on contact information this is what pops up: Brand: Happy & Polly Email: service(At)happyandpolly.com reply on 1/2/24, ORDER #79448, it is on a fedex truck right now (1/2/24) being returned to your facility in Chino, CA I did finally receive my cat tower on Sunday 1/7/24, nearly a month after ordering - but we built it and it was easy to build and the cats love it.

The product has already ripped and I now don’t know if it’s even worth it getting a new one. The fabric is so thin that it rips right off. UPDATE: Happy and Poly were very kind and reached out to me about this experience. They sent me a replacement and though the fabric is still thin, my experience with the company was delightful. They cared about my concerns. Thank you.

The tree was easy to put together and is a good quality. Just a bit smaller than I was expecting.

First and most importantly, amazing products. The cat tree I got is adorable, just needed a little heavier of a base (easy fix!) But also, the shipping time for a couple products was horrid. Some products like the cat tree and water fountain came within the week, while the raised food bowls took 2 months. I thought it got lost in transit until I emailed support and they told me that it takes longer since it was from out of the country. The support team was incredibly easy to contact and were super helpful, but I wish I knew about the longer shipping times. I was waiting every day, and using my own bowl and plate for my cat since I thought it could arrive any day. But! When the raised food bowl finally arrived, a week before christmas, they wrapped it with xmas wrapping paper! Such a meaningful touch, we put it under the tree for my cat. tldr; amazing products, sometimes shipping is longer than advertised.
