Ink is faded
The stamp is so cute, I wish it would work. Literally came in the mail a few days ago but just opened it today as I was away for the holidays. The ink is so faded you can barely see the face of the pet. It’s a gift for my friend so not sure what to do.

Cute but not good quality
Quick delivery and cute product. Unfortunately, the product was poorly made and was destroyed within 5 minutes of my cats using it. Such a shame and waste.

Their photos are cute but misleading
I was so excited to order from Happy and Polly last month after seeing all the cute items but my items are disappointing. I got the moonlight cat tree in variation B and the snow monster cat bed. The moonlight cat tree is cute and my cat plays on it a lot. But the way you construct it leaves these huge metal brackets visible on the top layer. And the construction isn't weight balanced so it easily falls over which scares me and my cat. I feel like if the base was made of a thicker material or if the footprint was bigger then it wouldn't fall over so often. Then the snow monster cat bed....the photos are super misleading. This thing is flat as a pancake with not enough stuffing. I've tried to fluff it up so many times but it just doesn't have enough stuffing. My cat won't use it so it's a total waste of money.

The cat tree I ordered is very wobbly…
The cat tree I ordered is very wobbly and much smaller than the scale pictured. My cats will not go onto the tallest tier of the tree due to its wobble. I have a 7lb cat and a kitten and they both seem too large for the tree already. The second part of my order arrived two weeks after I received 'confirmation' of its delivery. I will not be ordering from here again.

The website is cute but when i am trying to apply use student discount from StudentBeans, it won't show the discount code. So at the end I was not able to use my discount. #5438814421085

Leaky but cute
Extremely cute product, no problem shipping, however the product continuously leaks. We fill underneath where the wire threads in but the counter is constantly wet underneath it.
