Great tree. Unfortunately the round circle part with the wooden panels would not stay and constantly move around/break so we could not use that part but we like it otherwise!

I was disappointed that the product didn’t come (to the first destination) in time for Xmas, as promised. On the other hand, it wouldn’t have made it on time either way as I accidentally sent it to an old mailing address. I am super impressed that DHL figured this out and very generously offered for me to give them another address to mail it to for no additional cost. I was very touched by their generosity and commitment to seeing my package through to the right location. The product was very much appreciated and I’m grateful that it was such a big hit!

The shopping experience was fine but was not fond of the 3 minute deal on the bottom right corner.

Loved the stamps of our pets! Just wish the ink was a little darker. Hope they last a long time. We'll enjoy using them for notes to pet sitters, etc.

Update:: giving 4 stars for customer service reaching out and resolving the issue. to Follow-up with this review. The product I ordered was the coconut cat tree. Happy and Polly reached out to me directly and offered to send a screw that would hopefully make the tree more secure, or replace with a new cat tree. The issue with the tree is the weight distribution- if your cat jumps off, the tree easily tumbles over. I chose to have them send a different tree. Thank you happy and Polly for finding a solution to the issue and for reaching out to me. ************ This scratching post is extremely poorly built for the amount of money you’re spending. There are two options to build it. Both options are extremely unstable. Just placing our cat on the top post and it wanted to fall over both ways if building it. I waited quite a while to receive this item as it was pre-ordered and I’m looking to return.

it was beautiful! difficult communication in terms of expected delivery, but the overall product was very nice and so cute.

Delivery time was great!

I needed to exchange a cat tree which required several emails and Evelyn, Kate and Jacinda were always helpful, informative and friendly. They facilitated the shipment of the Moonlight cat tree which was an instant hit with my daughter’s cats. Paying for the return shipment was a bit of a disappointment, but the exchange was based on aesthetics and my choice, so it was an understandable cost.
