Everything was on time, exactly as pictured, and extremely well made. The cats love the fountain. Very quiet operation and solid design.

I gave my son a pillow, and other items with his cat on them. I asked him to rate his purchase and he said to give you 20 stars out of 10, so he's very pleased. It did take about 3 weeks to arrive, so just plan accordingly, though it also was the busy Christmas season.
