Great customer service I’m happy, only downside is very long delivery time.

We love our cat tree!

It was at least a month waiting for my stamp, which is about the size of a 2 inch square, but the likeness to the picture of my dog that I sent is excellent and I am delighted!!

Very polite and positive

This tunnel is great! My kitties love it. Great quality and adorable! Pretty colors too.

I love all of the designs and products available from Happy & Polly, they’re so fun and creative and they let my cats’ furniture enhance the room they’re in. I got the ocean themed cat climber with a crab on top, and it’s super adorable in my pastel/kawaii leaning living space. Very sturdy, which I definitely appreciate with a pair of rowdy kittens, and the dangling toys are still hanging on strong despite my cats practically swinging from them. They’re on it all the time, napping in the bed on top, playing with the toys, or just watching the birds outside. They seem to love it, and I do too! Construction was easy, although I did have a little trouble seeing exactly which way the base was supposed to go, and it does make a difference because of how the posts line up. I got it wrong at first but it was easy to take the posts off and set everything straight, so it’s not a big deal and the only negative thing I have to say. I’ll definitely be back to Happy & Polly in the future. :)

I love how unique the items are! I have been searching for the perfect cat tree for my large cats and finally I have! A bit pricey but worth it in the end!

My puppy stamps are adorable! They look just like my dogs.
