I purchased a surprise box and it was packed full of wonderful toys and accessories, and the box turned into the cutest little cat house. The kitties all love the toys. I was disappointed that the scratch it that was part of the box was missing, so I reached out to customer care and they were very helpful. They offered to send me a gift certificate, which I appreciated. When I shared I planned to purchase one of the wands that was in the box so the cats would have a second one, they offered to send me one of those instead. I very much appreciated that offer. The wand came just the other day and my two kittens are obsessed. Even the less active older cat cannot resist it. The quality of the items in the box made the purchase well worth it, and Happy & Polly’s customer service was very easy to work with. If you see a surprise box on sale, I would say try it! It’s worth it.

The tree came with three options for configurations. The first one unfortunately didn't work for my Maine coons, even though it was steady enough (just not enough head clearance when jumping) so I will reassemble it into two smaller trees instead of one large one. It is solid, high quality product and easy to put together.

Quick delivery and a great product. Everything was exactly as expected (dimensions, quality, etc). My only complaint is that it was a little difficult to assemble by myself. Another set of hands would have helped, but I managed after about an hour and a few cuss words, lol.

The gothic tree I got from here has been amazing! All our cats adore it, it was easy to assemble, great quality and love the bat toys.

Cats love this clean and modern cat tower! When we adopted two new kitties we really didn't want a large carpeted tower in the middle of the living room. But when one of the cats started climbing the curtains, we knew we needed something. This cat tower fits right in with our living space, is not an eye sore, and is used constantly by both cats. We are glad we spent a little more money to not have something we were always itching to get rid of.

Very good and timely communication regarding the arrival of my product. Also, they did a wonderful job rendering my granddaughter's totally black cat. I was afraid his lack of contrasting colors would result in a "blob" but we got a great stamp that she is enjoying very much.
