Perfect. Fast delivering and good product

My cat and I love the rattan kitty tree, but the purchasing process was a headache. Your company tried to withdraw funds from my card four times when I only wanted to make one purchase (and I had only clicked the button one time), then my card froze and I had to wait four days for my bank to unfreeze it. I then tried to purchase again and it declined for some other invalid reason. I finally was able to get it to work, but it was pretty frustrating. I’m glad I stuck with it though bc this cat tree is so wonderful. Again, my cat just adores it so thanks! Overall, it was worth it.

I will start by saying this is without a doubt the sturdiest cat tower i have ever owned. I have 3 adult cats who love running jumping and causing chaos, the tower has held up well to their shenanigans. The tower base is a solid piece of wood as are all the main platforms and pieces. This makes the item seriously heavy but it holds up well in return. It did however have some negatives. As many people noted construction wasn't perfectly smooth, lots of diagrams and twisting and carefully holding in place. The curved bed especially was a complete pill to put together and I actually put it together wrong the first time due to a lack of clarity in the instructions. The acrylic dome came with drilled holes to secure it from spinning, but no screws to make it happen. There is a precut padding for the large round flat shelf that doesn't actually fit correctly. The included string toy is given to you on a piece of elastic cording with instructions to simply attach it to a small hook. Attach with what? My cats pull it off immediately even when I double knot it on. Other than that my only complaint is its...boring. the white and beige look just isn't for me so I hope I stain or paint it one day. As another reviewer mentioned I might replace the sissal as well as the included kind is very plasticky.

Would have been 5 Star experience if the Tree had arrived with all parts required for assembly (was missing brackets & screws for 3 of 4 Steps). Customer Service was quick to respond and action for replacement parts but in total took just over 2 weeks to receive. Given the price of the Tree ($499 pre-tax), I expected better QC - otherwise the quality of the product is there overall.

This is such an attractive tree - almost architectural looking, but also functional. We have an old Maine Coon who deserved a new tree. He is stiff, and the wood is too tough for him now. That’s the only reason I gave it a 4 vs a 5.

Our fountain arrived faster than expected. Was a little concerned about packaging but everything came in one piece. I hope they can find a different way to store the filter beads for travel because mine went everywhere when I opened the package up

We got the helicopter tree for Christmas. We have an area on the helicopter that already came apart on the carpeting. We will fix that easily I hope. One of the poles was busted when we got it so we tried to rig it up to still work but we ultimately had to request a new one. I did have to pay 10 bucks for shipping for the pole from China. And it did take a whole month to receive it. I would say 4/5 because of the area of carpet that needs reglued/stitched, and the 10 I had to pay for the shipping for the broken piece.
