Happy & PollyReviews of happyandpolly.com

Customer service was very friendly and helpful

I cannot stop buying from Happy and Polly! I don't have anymore room for cat trees in my house but they're so darn cute and the best quality, I've had trees from other brands that don't hold up longer than a couple years tops and Happy and Polly have stayed very gently used looking. Not the easiest to set up but be patient and take your time, the instructions are right just little nuances can mess you up at the start! I was missing one screw for a tree and they sent me the whole hardware package no problem. I absolutely love everything I've gotten from them and will continue to order until I can't move in my house!

Got my coffin tower for my twins & they’re happy girls! Assembly wasn’t terrible (I watched my friend do it).

Even though there was a long delay in my package, support was very quick to help me and helped me in the exact way I needed!

This cat bowl is so kawaii. Totally gives off the sailor moon vibes ✨️

Really like the water fountains. We have 3! Get are great quality, easy to clean and they are adorable.

My item was on back order and part of it (the lid for the coffin bed) was out of stock. H&P gave me some options and I choose the one that was best for me. Great customer service and friendly people.

Won a free bag of litter, overall great experience. Cute store & would purchase from in the future.
