If you try the product and don’t like…
If you try the product and don’t like it, you can’t return it. Bunch of back and forth emails that led me nowhere.

Overpriced
The shipping time was long. The products i purchased weren’t worth the money I spent.. The bobble head didn’t come with instructions so it’s still in pieces

Horrible return policy. How can you know you’ll like something and if it’ll work for your animal unless you assemble it first.

Missing screws, cannot assemble.
I received my cat tree with half of the screws missing. After a frustrating conversation with someone managing the Facebook page, I was assured that the replacement screws would be sent. It has been almost three weeks, and there is no sign of the screws. I cannot put the tree together, the pieces are taking up space in my home, and my cat has no space to herself to climb and sleep.

the cat tree broke within a day, the fabric was peeling off too, and overall this purchase was not worth my money.

The product received was not worth $5…
The product received was not worth $5 but they charged me $20. And it took more than a month to arrive. The worst shopping experience EVER...

Not for Grown Cats! Flimsy.
The cat tree I bought was better suited for kittens than adult cats. So, inspite of it only being up for under a month, several pieces of it have been demolished through intended use. The pillars that are meant to be scratched have had the carpet fabric scratched off because the fabric wasn’t adequately secured. The structure wobbles really badly under the weight of two fully grown cats both under 5 lbs. Even when it’s only one cat on it! The levels are too small for them to lay down on without half thwir body falling off. And I worry that even though I tightened the screws as much as possible, the cats will snap sections off and be injured. It’s pretty, but functionally useless.

Not well made
I ordered a phone holder with my kitties face on it. The adhesive sticker on the back kept it on my phone for less then a week. I took it off just incase I were to lose it. I put a magnet on the back and now it's on my fridge.
